SEASONAL GIFTING
Planning Christmas Corporate Gifts in Greece
A practical plan for Christmas corporate gifts: organise recipients, budgets, branding approvals and deliveries before the festive rush.

Work back from the arrival date
The date your gifts need to arrive is the starting point. Check office closures, company events and recipient availability. Ask for a schedule that includes artwork approval, preparation and transport.
There is no single lead time for every order. Quantity, availability, branding and destinations all affect the schedule. Allow time for revisions and confirm deadlines in writing.
Group recipients by their needs
Start with employees, clients and partners if those groups suit your project. Assign an owner, quantity, budget and delivery method to each group. You can keep a shared style while varying the contents or message.
Avoid unnecessary variations. Every change in card, box or product needs to be recorded accurately. A clear match between the gift and the recipient makes the final checks easier.
Compare the complete proposal
Ask for an itemised description of contents and packaging, and clarify branding, shipping and VAT. Agree how substitutions will be approved if a product becomes unavailable. Sample photos show the style but do not replace the confirmed product list.
Think about how the gift will be used. A box for the office may be shared, while an individual delivery needs suitable protective packaging. Check whether alternative contents are required.
Prepare the logo and card together
Keep the correct logo file, brand colours and final message in one place. Decide who approves the artwork and who confirms the order. Multiple versions can create confusion.
A short, specific card can be enough: explain what you are thanking the recipient for and share your wishes. For mixed-language teams, agree English, Greek or bilingual wording. Check names and signatures on the final proof.
Check every delivery detail
Confirm quantities per gift, addresses and recipient contact details. Share only the information needed for delivery and agree how you will receive updates.
Before final approval, check contents, artwork, total cost, dates and the main contact in one list. A single agreed plan is easier to follow than separate confirmations across several messages.
