Information you send us
The form asks for your name, email and interest in corporate gifts. You may also provide your company, phone number, quantity, budget, preferred date and message. We use this information to review your enquiry, reply and discuss a possible order. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Providing information is voluntary, but the form cannot be submitted without its required fields. You can contact us by email or phone instead. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
Purpose and basis of processing
We process your information to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, take steps towards an agreement at your request. For communications with business representatives, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Where your enquiry is sent
Form details are transmitted over a secure connection to our team’s Telegram bot. The website is hosted by Hostinger. Telegram and the hosting infrastructure are involved in delivering and processing the communication. Telegram is a provider outside the European Economic Area and uses international infrastructure. Using the form transfers your details to that service, whose storage and further processing are also governed by its own policy. See Telegram’s privacy policy. Retention
Enquiries that do not result in an order are deleted no later than 6 months after the last communication. For enquiries that result in an order, we retain only the information needed to fulfil the order and meet our legal obligations.
The website does not store the form contents in its own database. To limit abusive submissions, it uses temporary counters with a cryptographically transformed IP identifier. The hosting provider may keep technical logs for operation and security.
Cookies and external content
We have not installed advertising trackers or analytics tools. Administrator login uses an essential session cookie. Links to external services open only when you select them. If you choose to remember accessibility preferences, they remain locally in your browser for up to 180 days. See our cookie and local storage information.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. Send your request to the email above. We normally respond within one month. If a lawful extension is needed due to complexity or the number of requests, we will explain the reasons within the first month; the extension may be up to two further months. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
