The website application does not install advertising or analytics trackers. You can browse its public pages without accepting optional tracking.

Administrator session

The lorien_admin session cookie is used when the administrator signs in, to protect access and requests. It is not used for advertising. The application limits an authenticated session to 8 hours; the browser session cookie is normally removed when the browser session ends, subject to browser settings.

Accessibility preferences

If you select “Remember my choices on this device”, we save your display preferences in your browser’s local storage under lorien-accessibility-v1. This holds display settings and an expiry time, not your name or contact details, and is not sent to our server. It is valid for up to 180 days from your last saved change. Expired preferences are ignored and removed on the next visit.

Uncheck the option or choose “Reset all settings” in the accessibility panel to delete the saved preferences. You can also clear site data in your browser. Without remembering your choices, display changes apply only to the current page.

External services

Google Maps and other external services are links, not embedded trackers. Visiting them brings their own policies into effect. The form sends enquiries to our team via Telegram as explained in the privacy policy.
